Dr. Tim as always provides insight that's credentialed, reasoned and just a bit edgy. Here's a quick excerpt from Dr. Furnish's latest article from Stream... How does the Iranian regime leverage its power? Primarily by supporting terrorist groups. Mainly Shiite ones. These include Iraq’s Kata’ib Hizbullah, Bahrain’s al-Ashtar Brigades, and, most lavishly, Lebanon’s Hezbullah. But the IRI also funds and arms Sunni terrorists. The worst of the lot are Palestinian HAMAS and Afghanistan’s Taliban. |

Hey, this is john Leon Guerrero. Our guest today is Dr. Tim furnish. He's been on the show several times, and you should go back and listen to all of his appearances. He's been very generous to us. And we really appreciate him. He's an author, historian, and just a solid guy whose brain packs an awful lot of horsepower. But let me shift gears for just a second. The other day, my wife who's been binge listening to our back catalog, asked me and Pete some questions about the show. Like, do you have a top 10? Have you ever just been dumbfounded or starstruck at any of your guests? Has anybody ever blown your mind? And have you ever had somebody come in on the show and really change your mind about something? And the answer to all of those questions is hell yes. Yes, I have a top 10. Yeah, I have been dumbfounded and starstruck at a couple of our guests. Maybe Pete hasn't. But we've had some pretty remarkable folks on our show.
