Gerald Horne – History is Layered, Complex and Contested - Gerald Horne is the John J. and Rebecca Moores Chair of History and African American Studies at the University of Houston. He's authored over 40 books on a variety of historical topics. Most of his histories focus on the social and/or racial aspects of history.
