Jason Diavatis – Small Business Owner During COVID, Goes for It - Jason Diavatis owns the Loft a wine bar in Benicia, Ca. Our host Pete A Turner wanted to highlight what running a business, and specifically a restaurant, look likes in a small town during a global pandemic. Jason's restaurant has grown to become one of the anchor locations on Benicia's "Main St;" and he defends it relentlessly...and seeks to protect his peer businesses in town. 

The frustration with the challenges, whether it's social media, government restrictions that appear to change from day to day has inspired Jason to action. He's thrown his hat in the ring and is officially running for Mayor of Benicia.
