Hey everybody, its Pete a Turner from Lions Rock Productions and the breakdown show. Today's guest is Jeff Butch. He is a teacher of Navy SEALs. He's an advanced swimming guy. And I thought we'd have him on to kind of talk about swimming at a high level, but also bring the combat aspect of seals in to have a conversation. And I think you're really going to enjoy this one. Look, here's the thing. When you're on a combat mission, wherever you go, however you get there, you can't be so tired and worn out from carrying all your gear, that you can't be combat effective when you get there.
